How do I prepare for a surf lesson?
Preparation is essential for a successful surf lesson. At YoSurf-School, we provide the equipment you need for your session, a surfboard adapted to your size and level, and a wetsuit to protect you from the cold. All you need to bring is sun cream to protect you from the sun. Before the lesson, make sure you’ve eaten a good meal to give you enough energy to take on the waves. And above all, bring your enthusiasm and your thirst for learning! We can’t wait to share our passion for surfing with you. Every lesson is an adventure in itself, with the thrill of the waves and the pleasure of learning a new skill.
A one-day surf trip Get ready for an unforgettable “Spirit of Surfing” day with YoSurf-School.
Supervised by qualified instructors, you’ll discover the most beautiful spots on the Landes coast. Imagine yourself on a splendid beach with waves ideal for surfing. A short drive and a stroll through the magnificent Landes forest, and you’re ready to conquer the waves.
Your comfort is our priority. That’s why we prepare our surf camp on the beach with tarp, parasol and towel. The exact location of the surf camp will be chosen according to the weather conditions and the most favourable spot.
On the programme for this surf day are two surf lessons of 1h30 each, one in the morning and the other in the afternoon. You’ll meet at Hossegor’s central beach at 8am and be back around 4pm. Both surf lessons will take place in Seignosse. At midday, there will be a 1? hour break for lunch, a siesta, sunbathing, swimming or simply enjoying the fresh air.
You’ll have some unforgettable memories of the day, thanks to a GoPro camera that will immortalise your exploits. And for those who still want more, surfing equipment remains available between the two lessons.
This ‘Spirit of Surfing’ package is aimed at all levels, from beginners to experienced surfers, in search of wide open spaces and wild nature.
