Our surf school welcomes you in front of the very beautiful central beach of Hossegor. Our surf lessons usually take place on the southern beach of Hossegor near Capbreton and Seignosse along the Landes coast.
Every day beautiful waves break on the sand, letting its foam spread out.

The objective of our surf school in the Landes is simple: to help you become independent so that you can have maximum pleasure on a surfboard, in complete safety. Whatever your level, our professional instructors will accompany you and supervise you at each lesson.

Private surf lessons (1 to 2 people maximum per lesson).
Our surf school in France adapts to all levels thanks to adapted formulas. Depending on your level, our priorities are as follows:
For beginner surfers: discovery of surfing in complete safety, but with maximum pleasure and sensations.
For intermediate surfers: covering the main basics of surfing to help you improve with clear and logical advice.
For experienced surfers: improvement of your technical level. This will be personalized to the maximum to improve your level and to obtain concrete results. Depending on your rate of progress, a video analysis may be useful to achieve your goals. A surf club will also be offered in 2022 in order to be able to practice and train all year round with experienced instructors.
Small note for beginners: surfing is a complete and demanding activity, we recommend that our trainees be in good physical condition to fully enjoy the experience!
Surfing also in Seignosse and Capbreton!
Depending on the level of our surfers, our surf lessons and courses can also be taken in Capbreton or Seignosse in the Landes.
Surfing in Capbreton:
Our surf lessons and internships in Capbreton allow us to introduce our student surfers to the practice of surfing in very hollow waves.
Surfing in Capbreton allows our Landes surf school to technically diversify its lessons.
Surfing in Seignosse:
Our surf lessons and courses in Seignosse allow our instructors to introduce our students to the practice of surfing in less hollow and less powerful waves, but longer, smaller and more regular than in Capbreton or Hossegor .
In addition, we offer the “surfing spirit” formula (“surf camp Hossegor”). Original, this one is ideal to enjoy the day of the waves and the beaches of the Landes in remote and deserted places.

Our two instructors, Yohan and Alexandre, who have more than 15 years of experience in technical teaching and surfing education.
Our surf lessons and surf courses are organized in small groups formed according to the technical level and age of the surfers. This distribution makes it possible to deliver tailor-made instructions for a better progression and discovery of surfing.
Our surf lessons and surf courses take place in a coherent and planned way according to the surfing conditions in Hossegor-Capbreton-Seignosse, but also according to the technical level of the surfers (beginner, intermediate or experienced).
The educational and technical supervision is carried out by one of our two instructors (Yohan or Alexandre) who hold a state surfing license (both were trained by the French Surfing Federation and the UCPA. Our surf courses
Surfing is practiced in a specific environment. It is therefore imperative to prepare surf lessons and courses according to specific criteria:
The groups are made according to the level, age and physical condition of each participant (children are accepted from 12 years old). Discover children’s surf lessons.
Between July and August, groups of homogeneous levels are formed. Surf lessons and courses spanning 3, 4 or 5 sessions start on Monday or Sunday if the conditions are optimal. Groups are organized on Saturday and Sunday for the following week.
For this period, we offer a limited number of surf lessons per day (depending on the tide). In high season, the groups fill up quickly. Remember to reserve your place as soon as possible (link here) to be sure to participate!
Out of season, we adapt to your availability regardless of the day of the week. During school holidays, weekends or public holidays, it is strongly recommended that you register online as soon as possible.
The choice of the beach and the schedules is made according to your level, your age and the wave conditions. All surf lessons and courses generally take place on the south beach or on the central beach of Hossegor. By opting for the “Spirit of surfing” formula, you can also discover the practice of surfing on the beaches of Seignosse.
The schedules of surf lessons and surf courses depend on the times of the tides. It is essential to respect them to guarantee your safety and to be sure of surfing on quality waves.
Rates include the equipment necessary for surfing (board and wetsuit). The surfboards are adapted to your level (wide and large foam board for beginners and small and thin for advanced levels). Wetsuits are adapted to the season: shorty in summer and 4.3mm for the rest of the year.
Surfing lessons take place in groups of a maximum of 8 people. This allows us to offer each participant special attention for rapid and safe progress.
Out of season, groups are often made up of 3 to 6 people. The surf instructor can thus spend more time with each surfer, a real advantage which allows him to deliver personalized technical advice!
The instructors of our surf school in France are all experienced (over 15 years of teaching). Their know-how allows them to adapt to all ages and all levels in order to guarantee you a very good technical progress.

From July to August, we form groups of homogeneous levels, the surf courses 5, 4, 3 and 2 sessions start on Monday or Sunday if the conditions are optimal. Groups are organized on Saturday and Sunday for the following week.
For the July-August period remember to book online (link here) as soon as possible, the tide offers us a limited number of surf lessons per day. The groups quickly become full and we therefore refuse many students every year!!
Out of season, we adapt to your availability whatever the day of the week. It is strongly advised to register quickly online during school holidays, weekends or public holidays.
